Not sure your opinion on Pixar stuff, but I have this book and absolutely love it.
I'm just going to leech onto a comment so this doesn't get buried too deep.
Your values need a wider range. I looked at your portfolio and then at your DA, you keep to the darker levels when you paint, you never use the highest whites you can. Your stuff would be so much better if you pushed your art just a little further.
I think if you looked through this, you would understand what I'm talking about if I don't make any sense.

Best of luck dude.
Reminded me of one of my favorites, Pixar's color scripts, it's a great reference, one of those indispensable books.
Id highly recommend this book, if people are interested in the concept stages of Pixars movies. Loaaads of beautful artwork.
In case you're interested, that's actually called a 'color script,' and is produced for every shot or scene in the film to give the artists a chance to get a feel for the colors, lighting and mood. This book contains the color script for every Pixar feature film up through Cars 2, most of the short films up through La Luna, and various beautiful single pieces of concept work. Highly, highly recommended if that captures your fancy.
This is as close as you can get.
