Lets go back more. He doesn't have HUGE shoulders, still it's not about the size, it's about the shape. They're 3D. Try to have 3D shoulders, specially when your ripped and see if you can, if you're natural.

Watch the above pic again. Look how skinny this guy was, he was a twig... Are you expecting a guy this skinny with such poor genetics to look buffed and ripped without helps? Seriously? If you are, you don't have a clue about fitness/bodybuilding. I admit though for him being so skinny, maybe some doctor prescribed TRT but he definitely is not using only Test.
Even with steroids he won't ever look big because his frame is tiny.
