There aren't any that I know of. I'm looking for them too.

I found some black page blank notebooks on aliexpress.com, some had a cute cover cartoons, some were just plain black. I haven't figured out how I'd put in my layouts...

And there's this one on amazon.com but it's quite a bit larger and perfect/thermal bound, so won't sit flat.
