The Champion s Mind How Great Athletes Think Train and Thrive
Good job getting back on the platform for the clean and jerks. Seriously, that takes a lot of mental strength in and of itself.
I don't know if you've done any sports psych reading, but one book that's helped me a ton (and that I started re-reading before today) is "The Champion's Mind", and it's REALLY helped me re-frame how I think about meets and what I perceive as high-stakes lifts. I am also a pretty obvious headcase, so I need all the help I can get :) /unsolicitedadvice

I found this book a very good all round sport psychology book, it has lots of motivational stories and teaches great skills you can practice the whole way through your recovery! I’ve torn my ACL in my right knee twice it’s a long, hard road back but very worth while!! Good luck :)
I recommend giving this book a read: https://www.amazon.com/Champions-Mind-Great-Athletes-Thrive/dp/1623365627/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1480998587&sr=8-1&keywords=the+champions+mind
It helped me out a lot.
I interviewed Noah Ohlsen and Katrin Davidsdottir for my podcast and both of them said this book helped their mental game a lot... http://www.amazon.com/The-Champions-Mind-Athletes-Thrive/dp/1623365627

The Champions Mind
It's for athletes but the growth mindset strategies are transferable.
I always recommend Jim Afremow's The Champion's Mind as a great entry level book for mental skill development. It's the only addition I'd make to u/2nd-chance's excellent list.
