These reddits helped me to improve myself. You might want to check them out:

  • /r/NoFap: I think I don´t need to explain why this is the perfect reddit to improve myself. Because of this reddit I realized that I need to change myself if I want to live a happy life. This post is awesome. If you haven´t already checked out /r/pornfree, you should go there right now.

  • /r/GetMotivated: This is where I get most of my motivation from. An example. This one is very good, too.

  • /r/Fitness: Check out the sidebar and get active. The morning workout. All you need to know on one page. Here is the Source. I found it on reddit. Also, check out this guy.

  • /r/loseit: It always motivates me when I see those progress pics. Very interesting if you are into losing weight.

  • /r/AskReddit: I use this reddit to think about stuff I wouldn´t think about. Here is a thread which shows what I mean. This post about internet site which are useful is awesome. This post is about small talk and conversations starters. An AskReddit post on what useful programs you should have installed on your PC.

  • /r/AskMen and /r/AskWomen: Those are specific ask-reddits. I think it´s quite nice to find out how the opposite sex answers the questions asked in there. Post on how to stop being creepy.

  • /r/seduction: I used to read this subreddit but stopped because I wanted to focus on myself first. There are several good about this topic like The Game by Neil Strauss. I once saved this post.

  • /r/LifeProTips: The name of the subreddit actually says it all. Lots of great tips from redditors. For example this one. This is a post I found on AskReddit but find it could´ve been posted on LPT.

  • /r/malefashionadvice: This is by far one of my favorite subreddits out there. Well, at the moment it is my number one reddit. Read the FAQs and check out the WAYWT-Threads (What are you wearing today). In the last 3 months I changed my style and bought clothes that really fit me well. I now really enjoy picking out my clothes and putting outfits toghether. I totally changed my fashion sense. Go and check it out for yourself. Here some examples: Handsomebeastj. 100$ Summer Fashion Kit. I love the coat and the sunglasses. I will add more later.

  • /r/subredditoftheday: I use this subreddit to find new subreddits.

  • /r/battlestations and /r/buildapc: You can save a lot of money by building your PC by your own. Check out these awesome battlestations.

All the information you will get is absolute bullshit, Sorry I know this sounds entitled, selfish, spoiled, or ungrateful or whatever it is. Whatever anyone is going to tell you is utter self serving aggrandizing horse shit. So you think that learning to play Badminton or whatever is going to get you laid? That will only get you in with people who you have that in common, Pretty shaky ground for a relationship don't you think? How many of them do you think are single? There is a lot to be said for joining clubs, Yes. Sport is a good thing. No doubt about that.

I know this is going to get down-voted by the masses but so be it. I am talking from first hand experience here. The truth is that most of us are faking it, at least part of the time. At least I have at some point in the past. It's important to remember we're never less than anyone else.

I could give you a perfectly scripted conversation that would get you laid, Be it immoral or unethical, No one gets hurt and it would bank some confidence for next time for you.

This sentence blew my mind....

I'd kinda like to get this fixed sooner rather than later. I'm sure a good portion of the fault of this can be blamed on my standards being too high.

Fuck that, So what? You want to lower the bar for yourself? Guess what. That only hurts you and the other party. Aim fucking high man. People will only be jealous and envious of you getting what you want. The people who will be happy that you said that are the ones who are unhappy themselves and the ones who wished they aimed high. So good on you for having high standards. Keep it that way.

You want a quick fix? Serious. Go gatecrash a wedding. This weekend. Get a mate and do it. You might strike out or whatever but guess what, You have one hell of a story to tell. Tell that on your date..."Someone on the internet told me to crash a wedding, So I did..." I can imagine the reply's now "Oh my god that's amazing, Did you get caught??" It has mystery, intrigue and danger/excitement. "I smoked a cigar with the brides father, He bought me a beer... I wonder where the happy couple are now?"

See what is happening? Your making her laugh...
