The song "Time Will Tell" is not on the "Great Lost Kinks Album", the person who posted that video just put that album picture on there.

The song was never released back in the mid 60's when it was recorded. However you can find it on their album "The Kink Kontroversy" (Deluxe Edition). Kink Kontroversy was originally released in 1965, however the remastered deluxe edition of 2011 features the track along with other unreleased tracks and outtakes.
