> A religious fundamentalist, a political operative, a primitive sermonizer, and an accomplice of worldly secular powers. Her mission has always been of this kind. The irony is that she has never been able to induce anybody to believe her. It is past time that she was duly honored and taken at her word."

Mother Theresa certainly believed suffering was a glory to god. Her sick wards were not for healing or relieving pain but to gather the suffering into one place so the collective wailing and moaning of many would reach God's ears.

A major reason for religion is to comfort those who are living a shitty life. This is why the majority of religious growth happens in third world countries. I get a chuckle when Christians and Muslims talk about how people who are living fairly decent lives and have no interest in religion have turned their backs on God, or God has hardened their hearts because of their sin or their ancestor's sins. The people who are saying this are driving nice cars, living in nice houses, and eating massive amounts of food.

There are certainly some religions or versions of religions that teach that God causes suffering. How about the theology that God allows suffering to bring people closer to Him? I think this is sick and twisted perversion at it worse. God will let you suffer or be injured or cause a loved one to die so you will love Him? Wow!

>Oh and since you haven't figured it out yet, you literally don't even know what you're arguing. This whole time I haven't been disputing anything that's probably in your shitty links. I'm simply stating that none of those things make her a bad person.

My entire argument is that you have failed to present any arguments of your own- either by citing things you have read or by providing sources that counter mine. By your own admission you haven't even read the arguments against her, but you know that those things don't make her a shitty person. Adorable.

>I'll be gone for another 5-6 days again, so I'll look forward to destroying you again then.

I'll look forward to more "nu uh's" delivered with all the eloquence of a toddler in a finger painting session. You fundamentalists are always a hoot.

Bless your heart you poor thing.
