That depends on what cultural reference you have. In Taoism (I think it is), the Tiger is a reference to the female and the Dragon is a reference to the male... so the movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon is kind of a reference to a blow job.

both genders can benefit, there are tons of Taoist sex practices that are used to improve both physical and spiritual well being. I don't know much about tantra but it would be cool to look into
