Well, young Mantak Chia was one funny, charming dude. I followed along with the videos a couple times, but I really only practice The Deer Exercise on a regular basis. They're all similar: they involve some PC muscle/butt squeezing with some variations on breathing and stuff.
The Deer should suffice. I read about it in the book The Tao of Sexology and it was the only exercise given there. By the way, Stephen Chang, the author of that book, has been trained in both eastern and western medicine, has an M.D., a Ph.D. in philosophy, a Ph.D. in theology and two law degrees. Pretty impressive record if you ask me. He clearly states in the book where things are just legends or should be taken with a grain of salt. Yet he still advocates The Deer Exercise and the taoist practices.
