This book is very dense but an excellent resource. I've used it as a daily reference for about 4 years now.

I know this may not help for an exam coming up soon (ish), but we used this book for my grammar class this semester, and I loved it. Really goes over everything you could ever want/need to know. Just my two cents, good luck with everything! :)
