I've been using these which helped but the just aren't quite high enough. I absolutely adore the short tees though. Perfect for par 3's and 3 wood / hybrids for tee shots.

Two Suggestions:
To save a bit of cash, you can buy a mat "strip" and build a platform around it out of plywood and carpet scraps. I have the mat linked below and have used it every day for about 2 years. It's still in great shape:
