If you like the total war games, then you will probably like this. I would download the demo to make sure it runs well, it seems to be better optimized then empire. I play on low- medium and it runs great and still looks gorgeous despite some long load times. Also, It is on sale at Amazon now, and if you buy it from there you get 15$ credit towards another game. I just bought it and then activated the cd key on steam.

Amazon has now price matched Total War: Shogun 2 and Hitman: Absolution. Both list steam for DRM so they should come with steam keys. Coupon "gooncave" can be used to save 15% if you haven't used it already.
