I called and after a discussion it seems like not many customers exist in eastern NB. I decided to give Teksavvy a shot and placed my order. Paying $47 beats $85 for the same service. I also went with the tp link adsl2+ modem
First check and see what speed you can get at your exact address as if it is lower than 1-2mbit you may look at satellite if you don't mind the data cap. I ended up buying the [TP-Link Archer D9] (https://www.amazon.com/TP-LINK-Archer-D9-Wireless-Beamforming/dp/B00RGMDGGA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1469583279&sr=8-1&keywords=archer+d9) for about $140 however it doesn't look like its in stock anymore. They have a simple one for cheaper here If you want good wifi you may look at getting this modem and one of the better rated wireless routers here. Both of the modems are compatible with centurylink's dsl and should have instructions on how to connect it and you should just have to call in to get your login information.
