I run with my Pixel 2xl regularly. Gotta find a decent armband on Amazon that's what I do. Works great. Edit: I even leave the phone in my regular thin-ish case I always have it in. It's more convenient for me to just drop it in and keep moving this way.

Here's the STL. It's really nothing special, I only spent like an hour in Fusion360 making it.
And here's a link to a random phone arm holder off Amazon similar to what I used. Any of them will work, just pick one that is big enough to give the superglue surface area to grip on to, and that has a long enough strap on it. Mine barely reaches around my bicep.
