You seem rather accident prone, brother. Might I suggest one of these, before it is too late.

This so I don't splatter my brain everywhere when I bail longboarding.

I got a triple8 helmet (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007CMDRV8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) but I don't know if it's worse than others, as I have not yet fallen badly and bumped my head hard against the floor or anything like that. Also, I got this (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000DZIK1/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) for wrist guard, they had a package with elbow and knee guard, but I didn't get that one, and got just the wristguard.

  1. You can find a quality helmet just about anywhere, [this] (http://www.amazon.com/Triple-Brainsaver-Rubber-Helmet-Sweatsaver/dp/B007CMDRV8/ref=sr_1_3?s=outdoor-recreation&ie=UTF8&qid=1449025882&sr=1-3&keywords=skateboard+helmet) is a decent looking helmet, nothing too special. But don't forget to add these amazing stickers to the sides.

  2. Haven't personally tried them, but these BoardBlazers seem to be good quality lights, Casey Neistat has a video on the BoostedBoard in general and shows the lights off.

  3. By tips and tricks I'm assuming you mean things like the regenerative braking. Boosted's Tip Tuesday on Pinterest is a good place to start(If not, go check out /r/longboarding for longboard tricks, although it isn't advised because of the motor/battery)
