If I can suggest something, as one digital artist to another:

This tablet is a fraction of the cost of Wacom and such and honestly? I think it's 20x better than a Wacom product. I started out with Wacom but since I got this tablet, I haven't used another kind. It's much more sensitive than a Wacom and it just works better imho.

FireAlpaca is also a great starter's free digital program. It's somewhere between SAI and Photoshop, but easier than both imo. (I'm diehard SAI for life but it's not free.)

Best of luck, your art's super cute.

Given i have a small desk and i would like it to be portable i think something this size could be quite good.

I can see myself using the mouse instead of the tablet so that shouldnt be a problem

The most common response will be a Bamboo, though I've been using a Turcom TS-6580 for about half a year now, and I love it; haven't had any problems with it at all, and it's relatively inexpensive as well for its size.

I dunno. No less than 150$ but I could probably do 200.

This is the one I'm looking at

No worries. :) Once you are able to purchase a tablet to begin with, you might want to look into the Turcom 8" x 5" Pro Graphic Drawing Tablet (https://www.amazon.com/Turcom-Graphic-Drawing-Capture-Sensitive/dp/B008Y40DQU) - it's relatively cheap and an art channel I follow recommended it for beginners though I do not have experience with using it. From what I've heard, it's very good for it's price but it has its faults and bugs.
