This is similar to the one I have, http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0006PLPBC. You just apply light pressure and drag it along your skin. There are tons of YouTube clips showing how to do it properly.

Try an extractor. I get blackheads, but mine are very, very deep, and completely impossible to remove. Exfoliation, pore strips, peels, masks, nothing helps. They just appear out of nowhere and lurk in my skin for a few months without budging. I have to just wait for them to start surfacing and then go at them with the extractor.

Sorry that's all the advice I have :( I hate blackheads so much..

Is your skin naturally oily, do you tend to be dry, or are you a combination of the two? What'll work best for you depends on your skin.

I've had a lot of success with this toner recipe. Salicylic acid can be a little difficult to find, but it was worth it. I have problems with milia around my eyes and it's the only thing that prevents them.

You might want to go in for a facial, or see a dermatologist. A qualified person can extract the ones you do have, show you how to do it, and would probably have recommendations based on your skintype.

Also - extractors like this are much much much better for your skin than pore strips. Those can further damage your skin, making more breakouts likely.

  1. Paper clips. they are bendy and they are BEST for glass bowls. I only use one side at a time, because this is a messy job.

  2. However, if you have a metal bowl, get this. it's awesome to scrape every-little-bit off, but it's not bendy, so it's not so good with glass bowls.

  3. youll find different consistencies of resin. resin is more liquidy in the "shaft", more sticky UNDER the bowl, and really hard in the bowl. it's best to mix of all of these resins, it will keep your resin ball from falling apart.

  4. the resin in the top of the bowl is the most potent, but its also the hardest to get out. you really have to chisel away at really caked-on stuff.

  5. invest in some screens to keep the resin from falling through, because smoking stems just sucks and its really harsh on your throat. plus, it will work WAY better. if that doesnt seem possible, remember there are screens in your water faucets! i used to take those from my house when i was a teenager. a last resort would be aluminum foil and 3 small holes.

Blackhead remover

Not what it was designed for, but it works GREAT. Digs out wax w/o packing it down.
