It'll be tough for anyone here to diagnose, so if you can see a Dr/PT. If not, one thing that has helped some i know is a travel pillow. You can use for more customized support
I’ve never used a pillow like that, but this is the pillow I use. I like it because I can use it snapped together like a normal neck pillow or I can twist/bend it into a better position. The pillow case part on it is removable and washable, but for a fresh piercing I usually put a pillow case over it in case it bleeds or something.
