Here is the link to that color, the other colors are a few bucks more. Be sure to emphasize that it is a tactical man purse. It fits my CCW just fine.

From my experience as a Medic in the Army for over years and an EMT, I can suggest that you NEVER buy an already built/premade kit. Most of the time you will be paying retail price for all the 'supplies' that it comes with.
A pouch size is good for EDC and can contain a touniquet, foldable splint and a host of ther food FA items. The next size up is like a carry satchel: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B003TWZGRI/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pd_nS_ttl _encoding=UTF8&colid=3VL0EKUYPM7EJ&coliid=I1EMBKKHXWF36X
This one can contain an IV kit along with minor to small major injuries and ice/heat packs.

This would be along the lines of a small to medium trauma bag. Items would include IV kits, bandages (not band-aids) of all sizes, Kerlix, Coban, stitching supplies, minor surgical instruments, drugs for sickness and injury, etc.
I would prefer a large bag, capable of holding 30lbs of medical supplies. That stays in my room or in my trunk if I'm going out somewhere for a longer length of time.
Premade kits have very, very Basic items. You can buy an empty pouch or bag and go to the Dollar Tree and find many items you'll need for cheap.

But will it fit in my tactical messenger bag?

I just came back from a 10 day trip to Disney World. I carried this from the resort to the park each day:

  • Hat & Sunglasses
  • I wear eyeglasses, so I had one of the Disney neoprene clip on glasses bags for rides they might fall off
  • Wallet
  • Magic Band
  • Pin Lanyard
  • Spare trading pins in a bag to rotate off the lanyard, around a dozen
  • A baggie of pin backs, lockbacks, and wrenches
  • Smart phone (we used the new Disney app a LOT)
  • Small backup USB battery charger if it was a long day (GPS was on so drained the battery)
  • Camera
  • Backup battery for the camera
  • Camera cleaning brush
  • Plastic Bag to cover the camera if it was too wet out
  • Large water bottle

I used a small messenger bag ( http://www.amazon.com/dp/B003TWZGRI ) to carry most everything except my wallet, band, and hat and sunglasses. I mainly had it to protect my camera. I didn't bring a poncho this time as usually you could get under cover until the rains let up, or just tough it out for a short distance to get to the next indoor area. As for sunscreen, I usually put it on in the room before we left.

We had someone in our group with a wheelchair, and we had a backpack hanging off the back with tons of other gear (extra sunscreen, snacks, etc) but other than her medications we honestly didn't need 90% of what was in it.

As for purchases, we just shipped them back to the room unless it was the last day, where we just lugged them around with us.
