It's actually pretty fantastic. Very sturdy, fairly comfortable and works great out of the box with one important exception, the swivel it comes with is terrible. I suggest replacing it with one of these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EZCRNR2
For mounting, you will need a very high strength eye screw, I recommend 1/4" or 3/8" stainless with 4+" of threads, and put it into a ceiling beam. If you can cut and patch drywall I'd cut a hole next to the beam and run an eye bolt all the way through with heavy washers and a lock nut on the top, that would be even better. You can't really hide it, but it isn't especially noticeable when the swing isn't hooked up to it.
You can't put your finger in the bend of the U. The bend of the U has to be free.
I guess that's the secret sauce of this machine: the bend is free.
Or, minimally, the bend has to be free to rotate. It might still be attached to the machine using something like a swivel ring, which keeps it anchored in place while allowing it to turn freely.
