Whats your take on Vendetta Plus? It's supposed to be an IGR and Killer, I think?

Should I open up wall sockets and put Advion or this in there, or just in corners and stuff?
I have a weird situation where my apt is affected by a neighbor's infestation. I'll see baby roaches and adults during the day which is usually the sign of a massive infestation, but when I go hunting at night and I look in cabinets/under fridges/near sinks, etc I never see any. i'm 100% convinced that it's the neighbor's place that's flooded with roaches and the ones I see are the overflow. It's a total pain in the ass. Any recommendation?
