Thanks for sharing your experience! I don't normally get sinus infections but I've had this cough for weeks that I haven't been able to shake. Recently I have upped my B12 and Iron to see if that helps. I have taken a prenatal for years but there was a study a while ago (I can't seem to find it right now but will keep looking) saying the multivitamins aren't as potent as individual vitamins.
