Air duster is a start, though be careful to spay it from a fair distance.
I usually use one of these to clean out ports as they're soft enough they won't damage the contacts. You might already have one if you've got a Swiss army knife lying around.
A wooden toothpick would probably work too.
Don't put anything conductive down there!
If it's really grimy and stuck on, you might need to get in there with a q-tip and isopropyl alcohol. Obviously turn off first!
You can buy replacement toothpicks and tweezers on Amazon for cheap. I just put two tweezers in mine since I never use the toothpick.
