Get a small USB fan (probably 80mm or smaller), cut out a portion of the GearVR's faceplate and secure the fan in it. Then get a USB power bank to power the fan.
There's also this which looks interesting. I haven't seen any feedback of people using this with the GearVR, nor have I used it myself so I don't know how well it would work.
