For a tent? Kind of depends on what you want and how much space etc. I wanted a closet tent and have my other small ones off to the sides not taking up much space. This is the one I'm running with now for my main indoor. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0716BK1KD?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title
I've been very happy with it I can fit around 3 pots that's are 3 gallon comfortably. Could probably do 4 but I like extra space lol. I'm currently doing two 5 gal pots and could probably fit an extra 3 gallon in it but I didnt want to. Vivosun seems to be a pretty decent company as far as I can tell lol. My only light leaks are just a bit in the zipper after a few months but that doesnt effect autos which is what I run in it. I'm using an led light that was bundled with my 16 inch tent, plan on upgrading soon but it gets the job done.

Np, we've all been there! I should've mentioned that airflow in the tent is really good for mold prevention.

Also, if you can, go for 3x3x5-7, it's always good to account for utilities you might need in the tent, (fan, small dehumidifier for the flower stage) and the height consumed by lighting/pots.

Edit: you don't even need 3x3, in the winter I use this for 2 plants

Yeah good tents are a little more expensive than I'd like but the build quality makes up for it seeing it in person, and the cost of getting fans adds on a bit more. But it also lets me really easily do temp control much more efficiently by running some ducting from my window unit a/c straight into the tent. I have this 36x20x62 tent in the pic.

> Im looking at the secret jardin tents. any experience with these?

Secret Jardin is an expensive brand. Nothing wrong with that, but you are buying a very cheap light, so general advice is: Get a better light, and a cheaper tent. Spend the extra money on a better light fixture.

> should I buy a tent that is 35''x24''x35'' or a 24''x24''x60''

However you go with lights, you will want the vertical room. You need to factor in fans, lights, filters, containers. . .anything under 5' is going to cause headaches--and that's if you are prepared to ScrOG/LST quite a bit.

> how many plants would be efficient in either of these 2 spaces?

It depends. If the goal is to go from seed/clone to bud as fast as possible, run 4 plants. If you know they are female, put them in 12/12 when they are 10" tall. For me, I'd run one or two, and get them vegged in and trained first. But that takes a few extra weeks of veg.
