My fiance got a cheap ozone generator on Amazon (I think it was this one https://www.amazon.com/VIVOSUN-Commercial-Generator-Industrial-Deodorizer/dp/B0772SMGDZ/) and was able to get the smoke smell out of her entire old apartment when she moved in. I'm pretty sure it would make quick work of the cards. Just don't breathe it in.
