I got this this , 2 hdmi ports perfect to connect pc and ps3 or later my ps4 ;) and it has an audio jack out so i plugin my headphones and its pretty good. I picked up this for 190€.

Hey Guys, I'm about to build my first gaming PC and just need to select a monitor now. My budget is around 150-200€. I stumbled upon the Asus VN247H for 163,3€, do you recommend it? Are there better monitors for roughly the same price? Any help would be appreciated, I'm kind of lost.

Yeah I dont know why generalized his awnser to the whole behavior of this sub, maybe I was frustrated a little bit, will be sticking here If I have more quesitons in the future. And actually yeah I think 27" is too big for 1080, I will get a new one around 24" probably. I was looking at this Asus VN247H It has LED Blacklight, IPS, a really low response time (I think its not actually 1ms, maybe 2 but thats still super low for IPS) and its also relativley cheap. Is this a good monitor Im considering?

Not bad for the price. I wish they'd stop trying to add speakers to monitors though.

While it's not the same, I have 2 Asus VN247H I can say that I'm quite happy with my Asus monitors. They're pretty good quality and cheap enough for my liking.

Personally I wanted a monitor with 2 hdmi ports so I could use both my Gaming rig and my Mac Mini on them without having to unplug anything or buy any switches.

EDIT: The monitor you're looking at, at a quick glance, seems like it'll do the job. Maybe check out some reviews online.

I would definitely recommend the Asus VN247H. I purchased my first one around about a month ago and should be receiving my second sometime today. For £144.99 this full HD 1080p monitor is incredible for gaming. It has a response time of 1ms, a super thin bezel great if you'd like to have more than one screen and a variety of inputs.

Also, it is completely VESA mount compatible just in case you wanted to use a wall bracket to mount it to the wall or even use a desk mount.

As I mentioned above, I've been using one for about a month now loving it to bits, haven't had any dead pixels and the input lag is non-existent.

If you want the ones that a lot of pros use if they don't have BenQ, I would recommend Asus. Other than a name, there are almost no differences between it and a BenQ. This is the one i'm talking about
It is awesome and only 150e on sale. If you didn't want that one, I would suggest going with 24", 1ms GTG response, and at least 60hz (consider 120hz if your getting the PC). If it's all of those, your on the right track.

I'm EU too and I recently bought an Asus VN247H (1ms). I am not very experienced with gaming monitors but this one is quite fantastic. It only cost me £156 which was quite a good deal.

Is it this monitor? It looks fantastic but it seems to cost much more over here in the UK right now than the US but hopefully the price will drop down at some point, I'm loving how great the low bezel looks and it's a pretty good price for a monitor with 1ms reponse time.
