There will be no physical collector's edition, unless you're in Europe then there is a steelbook edition.
Early access comes with any preorder, they'll mail you your game key and the game key will allow you to play in the beta weekends. You might want to check with a local retailer on the $5 down deal, but most on-line companies will require the full payment upfront. I'm not sure about Amazon, though.
