I love it for holiday baking. Seriously, I have this ridiculous cranberry eggnog cupcake recipe. It's absurdly bomb. But to drink?! Ugh! Gross. I can't drink thick, creamy stuff. The thought of drinking one of those liquid yogurt things makes me want to vomit, actually. Like, drinking stuff should be watery. If they made eggnog into some kind of custard dessert, I'm sure I would like it, however. Exception is milk shakes, of course.
Here's the eggnog-cranberry cupcake recipe! These are sooo good. I make them in mini-muffin pans, using gold foil liners, and decorate with a smattering of gold star sprinkles. It's a very classy Christmas/Holiday fête offering.
But keep that mess out of cups.
Try this mixed into any sparkling drink.
Edible glitter.
