First let me say this: While a lot of the Rucka trades are technically out of print, you can still find a lot of them hovering at or near cover price. But the trades were still orderable through Diamond comics until very recently, so a lot of comic shops still have these books in stock. I can't remember the last time I went into a comic shop that didn't have at least a couple of Rucka's Wonder Woman books.
Read order:
After that, he took over the main Wonder Woman (volume 02) series at issue 195, and remained on it until it ended at issue 226.
From my post on /r/WonderWoman:
This final trade collects just the Wonder Woman issue of the Superman: Sacrifice story arc (collected completely in the Superman: Sacrifice trade). The Wonder Woman trade does feature a nice, detailed synopsis of what occurred in the various issues of Sacrifice leading up to Wonder Woman 219.
If you're looking for single issues, you should have no problem finding any of them, except for maybe first-prints of issues 219 and 220. But even those first prints shouldn't run you more than $4-$8 if your store isn't ripping you off.
Since Wonder Woman has been around for such a long time, there's kind of something for everyone in her collected adventures.
I personally love her/identify with her because she genuinely seems to want to do the right thing and care for everyone, but she has had to deal with a lot of morally unsteady issues in her pursuit of doing what she feels is right. She has to come to terms with the violence and hatred in human society and it shakes her faith from time to time but she tends to always sway back towards a positive outlook on humanity. She tends to be optimistic, fierce, genuine, and confident - all things I want to be.
You could absolutely start with the Rebirth run. It's only 14 issues in (15 tomorrow), so it will be easy to pick up. I would recommend Eyes of the Gorgon, Paradise Lost, and Love and Murder. I'm sure the other comments will include some quality stories as well.

A lot of issues are also on comixology, beginning at #201.
