They also have things called bike trainers that turn your regular bicycle into a stationary bike. Or foldable stationary bikes would be another option if you have room in a closet.

I’m around 150 pounds, 6 feet tall And 23. I’ve got a small amount of belly fat that I’m a bit self conscious about. When I say it’s a small amount my belly is nearly flat when I’m not bloated, but it’s still not where I want it as it’s still quite jiggly.

I don’t work out, I’ve been naturally thin my whole life up until recently when I started to fill out a bit. Turning over a new leaf as of this month, just kicked smoking and started eating semi-healthier (before I’d just eat what I could get in front of me as I was still living like a college student).

I’m going to Mexico in a month, just bought an exercise bike and I’m wondering what I should be doing along with what I should be eating to tighten up my belly. Cardio? Crunches? Pastas? Steaks? I’m open to suggestions, just curious what other people have in mind as I’m really brand new to working out and eating healthy.
