Looks good. Those cables look awfully long. What is the length of those?
I did a pi zero in an NES case and the hdmi and micro USB extenders were much shorter.

The don't have the nice bracket screws but that's nothing that a little hot glue can't solve. Then maybe you could get the pi further back and work on making the buttons functional.
One last question, can I use this as an extension cable for the micro USB to 3.5mm plug?
