I assume you have an o-ring. Cut two pieces whatever length you need (lightly burn the ends with a lighter to stop fraying), double loop them through the o-ring and attach the buckles. Then pick out your favorite coffee table, footstool, pillow, etc. Attach straps first, then slide flared toy through the o-ring and mount up.

What brand is she wearing? Elila or Goddess? Is the 46G recently measured? What are her measurements / what does the size calculator say?

In UK 46G she could get the Elomi Beatrice in 44GG and use an extender. Goddess Keira Nursing bra comes in US 46i, ditto the Elila 1613 Cotton Nursing Softcup.

If neither of them work, the Elila 1515 Jacquard Front-Closure bra would be worth looking into. The 1515 is not a nursing bra, wrangling your tits back into it while holding a baby at the same time is pretty much impossible, but it goes up M cup and a 50 band and thus is designed to support very large breasts.

I second the recommendation to convert regular bras into nursing bras. It is relatively easy to do. A bra that would probably work well for this would be the Elila 2311 because it has stretch lace in the cup. This bra comes with matching panties up to 5XL. She only has to get clips that are more durable than normal nursing bra clasps. I would recommend quick release buckles that are used in outdoor gear similar to this.
