I got this one when I first got back into yu gi oh again with some friends back in late 2017/early 2018. I only paid like 69.99 for it though. I more got it just to have and not really to use. I'm honestly not sure if the value is there for 116+ dollars.
I'd recommend something like this or this I think theres a lot more value in those than in those collectors boxes that are super expensive now.
They are way cheaper. You still get decks to play with. And you also get classic packs with them that are nostalgic as hell to open.
Edit: Those second things that I linked is basically what me and my friends all bought to actually play with starting out and it was pretty fun.
