If I can't control the safety of the transmitter, I unplug it and use a plug lockout on the feedline with my own locks that no one has keys to.

There exist lockout tag locks that break with hammer/blow force, but I'm not going to jeopardize my safety if some idiot intentionally overrides the lockout.

My contact information is on the lock, they can call me if they think it shouldn't be there - because chances are they're in the wrong and it still shouldn't be connected.
