If I can't control the safety of the transmitter, I unplug it and use a plug lockout on the feedline with my own locks that no one has keys to.
There exist lockout tag locks that break with hammer/blow force, but I'm not going to jeopardize my safety if some idiot intentionally overrides the lockout.
