I can't find the one that I have, but something like this is great. I think it has lasted the longest just because you can change out the bottle whenever you want. The one I have fits a 2 liter bottle, I just peel the label off and take the cap off.

I find that anything with little arms or legs sticking out is a problem bc mine just chews them right off and swallows them.
As far as treats, everything is gone immediately. The "long lasting" treats seem to just cause problems bc they are supposed to chew them but they just eat them in big chunks. Then they get sick because it doesn't digest. So the only things I give mine are freeze dried beef liver or chicken breast. I give him these for dental chews, they are amazing.
