Chinese Health Balls are heavy metal balls that you rotate in your hands and they make a very soothing low ringing sound. They're made for relaxation and I've always enjoyed them.
Tissues?
And I think if you were to write/make something encouraging and thoughtful, that would mean the most! Knowing she isn't alone and that her friend thinks she's amazing is always a good reminder!
This is a great idea :)
I feel you. Compulsively picking is awful and most people just don't understand. It's always "just stop picking!" If only is were that easy... sigh
But, one other thing I just thought of that might help (I have no idea why I didn't think of it earlier considering I'm doing it right now...) is to try wearing gloves. It feels a little silly, but it's another really great way to prevent yourself from being able to pick and also won't hurt your hands. I just use old cheap knit winter gloves from Wal-Mart or whatever. It works for me because I have a wireless mouse for my laptop, but if you need touchscreen abilities for a trackpad or smartphone, there are also the capacitive tip variety for not too expensive.
Also, I just read your other comment about not picking up another compulsion and it made me think of something else from a couple years ago. I was having a really hard time with picking in college and had the same fear about picking up a different compulsion, but in the end, I found that replacing picking with another compulsion was an easy way to stop. So I chose something benign and started replacing picking with the new action. I got myself an acupressure bracelet for maybe $10 or so and would roll it along my wrist. It helped with the need to fidget and provided sensation on my skin similar to picking but did no harm, so it really helped. The bracelet looked like this: http://www.amazon.com/Goda-AM-B-Acupressure-Massage-Bracelet/dp/B00ABNGC30/ref=sr_1_5?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1425953668&sr=1-5&keywords=acupressure+bracelets
I just moved some things around on my wishlists yesterday. I am really bad about reorganizing my wishlists all the time :P

The exhaustion can't really be helped, just try to sleep as much as you can. If it's 30 minutes here and there even. If you are moving in 2.5 weeks, it is totally reasonable that you cannot help packing much if at all. Your husband should pick up the slack and help you out, or hire someone to pack and move you. At this point in pregnancy, it would be worth the cost in my opinion.
As for the nausea, keeping your protein intake high is important, because it will keep you full longer. In my first trimester, eating meat just sounded disgusting. So i would get a Jamba Juice smoothie with a protein boost for breakfast and eat lots of peanut better. I also found that constantly snacking on something bland, like saltines or cheerios, and always having something in my stomach helped. Mindlessly eating cheerios all day is a lot easier than it sounds.
The Sea Bands definitely help, but if you want something more discreet, I use acupressure beads instead. You just place the gauze covered bead in the middle of your arm, three fingers from your wrist. This is a good image of what I'm talking about.
I also found that I functioned a lot better during the week than I did on weekends. I think it was because of having a routine and going to work. So even if you don't work, get yourself in a routine of getting up at the same time every day, shower, eat, etc. and have a plan for things to do. You might have to take breaks often or build naps into your plan, but that definitely helped me more than just sleeping all the time.
