I'm not sure how to fancy link but I got this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DIQ817G?colid=1J3ZPFQLEP0PU&coliid=IKPQT85PD309G&ref_=hit_wr_dt_vr_md_pt
It's only %99 compared to the $200 Philips ones!

I got this one for Christmas a couple of years ago, and I love it. Have used it many times. People will give the you "iSn'T iT jUsT a CoNvEcTiOn OvEn LoL" line - which, yes, it is, but this thing makes killer food quickly, cleanly, and most importantly, it makes it well.

Each ribeye weighs about a pound and I cook two at once, side by side. I could lay them on the bottom of the basket like most food is cooked but I choose to elevate them on a rack. They sell these “racks” separately or they often come with the air fryer. In theory, the rack exists so that you can have two layers of food cooking at once. I feel it just gets the air flow around the meat better if it’s up on the rack, but it’s not necessary. It also seems to make clean-up easier. I grease up everything really well, including the rack, for easier cleaning. I also lay down two air fryer liners on the bottom, that helps clean-up, as well - but it’s rare that people use liners. My size is 5.8 quart and I think they come larger than that but I don’t think they get too much larger, unfortunately. I wish they did. But then it would take up more space and these things are pretty large as it is. I have a large kitchen with a ton of storage space and still this thing is a bit of a behemoth. This is the one that I have, it’s much better than my old one (which was a Cozyna) Simple Living XL 5.8qt Hot Digital Air Fryer. 3 Air Fryer Accessories, Recipe Book, 8 Cooking Presets & Keep Warm Function (XL Air Fryers) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NAQOO5I/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_ruTtDbXR54YGZ

We have this one from Power Airfryer...it is 8 quarts. I have had no problems with it!

u/discoborg · 3 pointsr/airfryer

I have had this one ...

https://www.amazon.com/Power-Features-Professional-Dehydrator-Rotisserie/dp/B0769Y1JVN/ref=sr_1_3

for about 6 months and I have been very happy with it. I like it because it has three tray racks and the heat and fan come from the top. Chicken Wings come out tremendous. I love the rotating basket it comes with for fries, tater tots, etc. I have not had any issues with. I purchased from Walmart.

Dash Compact, which I love but only recommend it if you’re cooking for 1 or 2 people only. Otherwise look at their full sized one.

COSORI Air Fryer(100 Free Recipes Book), 1500-Watt Programmable Base for Air Frying, Roasting&Keep Warm, Electric Hot Oven Oilless Cooker,11 Cooking Presets, LED Touch Screen,2-Year Warranty,3.7QT https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GJJ71XS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_WkzWDbGZ8YY8K

Had good reviews, though if I'd buy one again I'd get one with a bigger container, I do fasting so when I eat it tends to fill 3.7QT up real fast. I think there's better ones out there but I wouldn't cheap out on them, electronic appliances tend to reflect their costs.

Yes! Yes! Yes! I swear, you will not regret it! Which one you thinking of getting? We actually have two separate ones. We have the Cuisinart Convection Toaster Oven (I bought this for hubby for our fourth wedding anniversary...he bought me a Vitamix) and this is the Air Fryer we have. I highly recommend getting the biggest one you can :) My BFF bought me the Air Fryer plus the Accessories for Christmas last year.

This is the one I started with: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QFY7X6T/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_RKjuDbQ6HX5CW

And then I got its bigger brother: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GNSHPBQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_bMjuDbPZKSS99

Both have been great so far, and yes I've done tofu in both. The advantage of the big one is it can hold more, obviously, but also requires less shaking since the tofu can spread out more, creating more exposed surface area.

I got this one but I got it from Sears, as I had some reward points to use! That was a big worry for me, having yet another appliance that I'd never use. But it's such a convenience and can cook most of the things I already eat that I think it will be worth it! Cutting time down to cook things helps a lot, I'm super lazy and want food right now.

I just got the Yedi here today and it was so easy I can’t believe it. Crispy juicy fried chicken legs. 30 minutes at 360 degrees for six legs. Sorry I waited so long to get it.

Being a single dad and all, I aim for convenience while factoring in healthy eating. If you don't own an air fryer or a pressure cooker, I highly recommend getting one. It's just a set it and forget thing about them. The air fryers tend be healthier. Here's a recipe I frequently use.

Need: 1 egg, 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 8 chicken tenderloins

-Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

-Whisk egg in a small bowl.

- Mix bread crumbs and oil together in a second bowl until mixture becomes loose and crumbly.

- Dip each chicken tenderloin into the bowl of egg; shake off any residual egg. Dip chicken into the crumb mixture, making sure it is evenly and fully covered. Lay chicken tenderloins into the basket of the air fryer. Cook until no longer pink in the center, about 12 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Also here's a link to the air fryer I bought a little while back on amazon. I have no complaints. Not so pricey either.

No, it’s this one:

Extremely basic, but it worked great!

I just got a cheap one from Amazon yesterday. OMORC 6qt 1800w Air Fryer it was on lightning deal for $68 on Friday and I impulse bought it. Should be making our first meal in it tonight, chicken wings.

From the research I've done, they all cook about the same, so you're paying more.for a brand name and features. So, I cheapped out on mine - 5.3 quart for ~$110.

I do wish I had gotten a digital one as mine has knobs for temperature and time and they feel imprecise, bit they seem to have worked just fine.

u/Lux_503 · 1 pointr/ketorecipes

Oh no!! Well mine is still new...so I hope that doesn't happen to me.

I got this one:

5.8 Quart Digital XL Air Fryer with 7 Cooking Settings, 2 Piece Accessory Set & Recipe Book, Black by CHEW FUN https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074Z2YCYF?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf

I love it so far! It looks like a giant alien pod appliance, but it works super good.
