This is the one I purchased.

It has the expanders on it like the TJs do to prevent cracking, and is a very reasonable price. Had mine a few years with no issues.

Ugly faces and a Exhaust Seal Ring for almost 18k.

That is the manifold that I used this summer to replace my broken one. When I got into the job I found that the engine mount bushing was completely rotted out. I replaced it and have had no problems with the passenger side mount.

Usually it's an oil leak that rots out rubber bushings so the passenger side engine mount is usually ok in this kind of situation.

All of them will crack eventually. It's just the nature of the design.

I got this manifold back in August and so far I am very happy with it.

U-Locks are worthless if there is any space to fit it any dope fiend with a spreader can crack one open in less than a minute, maybe two.

Using one of these.

Or a cheap screw Jack from an old car.

If you have a nice bike get a hardened steel chain. With a shielded shackle pad lock.

Avoid Master Lock like the plague since, well they suck.

Oh and absolutely avoid any combination lock since most can be opened in a minute using one of these.

I put this on my '92 earlier this year and so far I'm happy.

I don’t have that one, but I’ve got the ATP knock-off of it.

Bought it on Rockauto in 2009 and replaced it twice for free under warranty.

I noticed zero improvement but at this point it’s pretty far from stock engine. It looks better and definitely fits and lasts longer that the stock header.

I’m thinking a 2000 has the pre-cat manifold and I’d be concerned about emissions taking that off. I may be wrong, but I’m pretty sure my buddy’s 2000 Classic has the pre-cat.

I'd recommend getting this replacement manifold/cat. It's a bit of a tight fit, and you'll need a crowsfoot to get the O2 sensor on and may have to notch the condenser fan shroud slightly (I did on mine).

But it works really well, won't crack like that one over time, and can be repaired because it's sheet steel.

I don't understand what I'm looking at. What do you mean by "header"? I see the manifold (orange) and it attaches to the engine. What "header" do you mean?

I was thinking about this model because it has the flex joints:

Yep, both the Chevy series and the Buick series. I think it has to do with their crappy exhaust manifolds where the exhaust ports are not equidistant from the manifold outlet, and perhaps the way it interacts with their specific firing order. That's just a guess though.

Thing is, I can't be sure since Toyota's V6s have similar manifolds:
