The large round thing is probably the base of a ring towel holder. My family had one growing up, this isn’t exact, but you get the idea, this is the medallion in the middle.

The other two hole are as someone else said, anchors to attaché something with screws.

So far, this is the closest I can find: towel bar from Amazon

Usually the towel bars slide over brackets that are screwed into the walls. (The one that is loose you should pull off and see if the bracket is loose or if the set screw on bar itself clamping it to the bracket is loose.)

I have a hard time imagining that any kind of adhesive would hold well enough against a textured surface like that, but you could try with some 3M command strips. They also make towel bars that are meant to be fixed with adhesive though most seem to be intended for hand towels. I don't know how they'd do with the weight of a wet bath towel.

Also, those doors are probably hollow. If you do through-bolts with washers like /u/bsdaz suggests, I'd also get some sleeve spacers just slightly smaller than the door thickness. This will keep you from compressing the hollow door too much as you tighten the bolts.

I have limited cabinet space too and found that shelf racks like this are a great way to add extra space.

Hanging storage solutions are helpful too, like this towel rack and storage bin. I also like to hang infrequently used cooking utensils on the back of my cabinets with command hooks.

Good luck in your new place!

What a drag! Your 21st birthday is on a Monday? Really, on a Monday? You need to call off life on Tuesday ;) Happy birthday though!! =)

These wine glasses are really pretty. I had more on my list but they became unavailable, and now I have these.

I'm tired, but my dog is sleeping on my leg, and I don't have the heart to make her move so I can go to bed. =(

Is this the wheel cleaner you're talking about? Does it have a purple bleeding effect just like IronX or will I have to rinse based on timing?

For brushing the pads, what kind of brushes work? I don't have compressed air and will be working in a garage.

Taking everyone's advice with the cheap clay. I'll get the Nanoskin 7x7 Green Clay Towel instead. They also have a blue towel. Whats the big difference?

Since 50% is too strong, I'll dilute it to get ~10%
