There are pajamas that zip up in the back so the kid can't get them off. (Like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CVKB35T/ref=cm\_sw\_em\_r\_mt\_dp\_U\_b.aJDbGZKHG47 )

DO NOT USE DUCT TAPE! I (literally) almost killed my son when he was little when I was trying to use scissors to cut them off and gouged him close to the femoral artery. 16 stitches and a long conversation with the pediatric nurse later (I though I was going to jail) everything was ok, but it still keeps me up at night.
