I don't have room in the house for a dedicated game table so we use the dining room table.

If I did though:

Seating for 6

Padded rail with drink holder and a cutout tray to hold components

I wouldn't choose felt as a surface. Too hard to clean up spills and tendency to pile.

I would go for the surface that casino poker tables use, Speed Cloth

An over-lay that I could put over our dining room table would be ideal

Not a typical rattan cane, but I have this and love it: http://www.amazon.com/Trademark-36-Inch-Rattan-Craps-Stick/dp/B000G63TMO?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00

I hold the hooked end, using the shaft as a cane. It's a bit thicker than most other rattan canes, so not quite as whippy. Most subs I've worked with preferred it to my more traditional segmented rattan cane.

I've always wanted a croupier's rake, but they're spendy for how relatively unnecessary they'd actually be to me.

I'd think a silicon spactula would tend to stick and skitter making a mess of the pieces if one isn't careful. But that gives me the idea to use a long handled wooden spoon or similar!!

Have you considered DIY? I made one with plywood, topped with insulation foam, then covered with 'suited speed cloth.' The cloth is available on amazon if that's an option in Denmark. If not, you can find something that will work at a fabric store.

I play a level 16 wizard in DoMM, so need a LOT of dice. It was a little pricey, but I picked up Forged Dice Co.'s Dice Box and love it. It's pretty large.

(I'm not affiliated with the product in any way - just a happy customer.)

You could try these:

http://smile.amazon.com/Trademark-Global-Professional-Acrylic-Discard/dp/B001AXNYNQ

They come in 2, 4, 6 and 8 deck sizes. They are what you see on a casino table to handle the discards in games like blackjack.

Maybe you want to check out a banker/poker visor. This was old school solution for eye fatigue.
