I already shared the information for this set on the "Vintage" subreddit.
It was made by the West Virginia Glass Company of Weston, West Virginia. It's right there on the label. They made many of these sets in many different designs. The decoration could have been done at their West Virginia Glass Specialty division, who also did the Blendo glass items.
The only new suggestion I have is for the OP to check and see if there are any big box type book stores in their area and if so go and check out their Antiques & Collectables section. They may have some books like this one for sale there, which might feature the set in them.
