People have given you good advice for dealing with this so far. I want to add a different perspective.

You're legally an adult, but you need money. You don't need money from your parents. You just need money. You can still go to college.

I would suggest putting up with their crap FOR NOW, and fixing your financial situation. Start applying for scholarships. Find a part time job. Tutor. Look into anything with tuition repayment where you live.

Once you have your financial situation nailed down, then you can do what you want. Your parents are not obligated to keep paying your tuition, but they also have no say in your life beyond that. They will use this to control you, and something else later. You're very wrong if you think this ends on graduation day.

So, for now, tell them what they want to hear. Repent, put on a show, whatever. Then get to work.

Here is a book. The author paid for his Harvard tuition by applying to tiny scholarships no one bothered with. Most people go for the full ride instead of $500. He was often the only person to apply, and would win by default.

You certainly can try to make it the next four years by hiding things from your parents, but life will be a lot simpler if you have nothing to fear.

Good luck!
