They have insulin protective cases. They are the best thing ever. Insulin Vial Protective Case by VIAL SAFE - Fits All 10mL Brands (2-Pack) - Never Risk Breaking Your Insulin Vial (2 Short) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07HGK7Q86/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_KOiRDbA4CW2CV

Here you go. We use these silicone protective cases and they work great. Ours came with two different sizes. One size fit our Lantus vials perfectly (which are taller). The other size fit both Humalog and Novolog vials perfectly.

There is something called the frio that comes in many shapes and sizes.
https://www.amazon.com/Insulin-Cooling-Reusable-Evaporative-Medication/dp/B0002262DA

It uses evaporative cooling technology that you can use with just water and the open air. I used it for insulin during the desert section of the PCT.

I ultimately ended up going in a different direction, but this is definitely THE option to use.

I would leave the food out of it and get something more specialized. Your life depends on it.

My husband uses [these] (https://smile.amazon.com/Insulin-Cooling-Reusable-Evaporative-Medication/dp/B0002262DA/ref=sr_1_4?crid=18OGO3UXLWFA9&keywords=insulin%2Bcooler%2Btravel%2Bcase&qid=1563473297&s=gateway&sprefix=insulin%2Bcooler%2Caps%2C164&sr=8-4&th=1) to keep his refrigerated eyedrops cold when we travel. They're designed to keep insulin cool, but will work on other things too! It doesn't keep them refrigerator-cool, but definitely below room temperature, which I'm guessing will be cool enough, though definitely check with your doctor or pharmacist to confirm.

u/TexasDex · 6 pointsr/CysticFibrosis

AliExpress is stuff straight from China, they're not exactly known for shipping quality stuff (and shipping takes forever!) but I have gotten a fair number of decent things. Generally, it seems like you get what you pay for, and that's not an unreasonable price for a peltier cooler, so it might be worth a shot. One other trick: Things sold on AliExpress are often also sold on Amazon (at a higher price), so I looked around and found an identical-looking product here with a much better description and plenty of reviews.

That specific fridge looks like a Peltier cooler--basically, instead of a traditional fridge, it passes electricity over a special piece of metal, which makes one side cool and the other side hot. They're often limited by the ambient temperature, so if it's warmer outside then it won't be able to get the internal temperature as low. Several of the Amazon reviews for this specific one complain that the temperature inside doesn't get low enough, it can be more like 55F in spots instead of 45F.

My usual technique is to just pack a standard cooler bag with plenty of ice packs (I even get the ice packs free with the pulmozyme shipments) and rely on hotel fridges and such to re-freeze them. I take it your itinerary wouldn't make this a good option for you?

Be sure to let us know how it works if you decide to go for it!

Bought these sprayers: https://www.amazon.com/Sprayer-Improved-2-Pack-Colloidal-Applications/dp/B00JZ29SQ6/

Bought Benzyl Alcohol: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01C86CQFA/

Used the proportions of benzyl alcohol/distilled water in this post to make 15ml solution: http://bluelight.org/vb/threads/657162-How-to-Make-Your-Own-Bacteriostatic-Water

The nasal sprayer sprays ~0.1ml per spray. I worked the math out so i'm getting 800mcg per spray, but i'd guess more like 750mcg.

And a note - Benzyl alcohol is synthesized using sodium hydroxide - at least the more expensive Benzyl alcohol is. And that's safe. But cheaper Benzyl alcohol is synthesized using formaldehyde, so at the end of the day I would go for a saline based nasal spray instead of benzyl alcohol-based, because you never know how the Benzyl alcohol you purchase was synthesized. Though, if you're kind of reckless like me, you can just use BA because it's been found that low dose formaldehyde doesn't really have much negative effect on animals. You can find recipes/ratios for a saline solution. The goal of having a sodium or Benzyl Alcohol is to keep away microbes.

Good luck, I hope it helps you :)

Although I am type II, I carry a bag on the rig that has my glucometer and snacks and glucose gel if I go too low. I don't go too high because I take trulicity and the times I am high, it usually results in me having to urinate frequently. I haven't had any issues, but if I decide to stop carrying a bag, I will put it in one of my pockets along with a snack or glucose. Does your insulin need to be kept cold while you are on duty? Or do you use a pump?

Here's an idea if you need to keep your insulin on you: goldwheat Portable Insulin Cooler Bag Diabetic Organizer Medical Travel Cooler Pack + 2 Ice Pack https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01E3MS782/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_3mj5CbZNP0A2N

u/calcalcalcal · 4 pointsr/diabetes

Seriously though, where do you plan on going? And what do you plan on doing?

Regardless, grab a Frio pack. It'll work in 95% of the world. It doesn't need power and cools by evaporation of water (like how you'd feel cold when u step out of shower). Soak it and it's good for 5+ days. I use it for camping. Just keep it in the side pocket of your backpack or everything else inside will be wet. Always keep insulin, even spare, with you - thieves like targeting tourists.

Bring a card that says so in both English and local language. Know how to say you're diabetic/you need insulin in local language if possible. Know the local emergency number also. For cell phones 1-1-2 will redirect to the local number but it doesn't hurt to know the actual one.

Look into travel insurance.

If you're going far (think, Japan or US) - your first day is gonna be crappy from both jet lag and your unpredictable sugar during flight.

Me and the wife picked up a couple of these on Amazon. We wanted a hard case for a little extra security and they look nice. Nice price, too.

Edit: nvm, somebody already recommended this, I see.

u/mikesalami · 3 pointsr/CBD

No idea if this is accurate but I found this:

"CBD crystalline is oil-soluble, meaning it will fully dissolve in oils. This is great for patients because it gives great versatility as to how their CBD can be utilized. You can dissolve it with a nice olive oil and use it on food. You can add it to coconut or MCT oil and drip it under your tongue. You can add it to hempseed oil and rub it directly onto the skin to treat pain at the source."

https://johnnyapplecbd.com/blogs/news/what-s-the-best-way-to-use-my-cbd

Grapeseed or jojoba oils are other options.

Also:

"Usually hemp seed oil or olive oil is used as a carrier in these methods as this is the most effective way to extract resin from the plants and flowers"

https://www.purecbdvapors.com/cbd-oil-made/

Or you could just buy some CBD oil instead of the crystals and put it in one of these:

https://www.amazon.com/Sprayer-Improved-2-Pack-Colloidal-Applications/dp/B00JZ29SQ6/

Sprays 0.1 ml per pump.

u/C222 · 3 pointsr/diabetes

If you're going overseas, call up your pump and CGM manufacturer to see if they have a travel loaner program. Tandem sent me an extra pump for me as a backup when I went overseas and I wasn't charged for it since I sent it back within a week of my return date.

Have the travel letter with you. (https://www.medtronicdiabetes.com/sites/default/files/library/support/Airport%20Information%20Card.pdf)

See what you would need to do to get insulin, syringes, and a BG tester at your destination, just in case all of the supplies you bring with you disappears. At worst, you could live for a few days on MDI and a Walgreen's BG tester.

P.S. Here's a just-add-water insulin cooling solution that I used on a 3-week backpacking trip: https://smile.amazon.com/Insulin-Cooling-Reusable-Evaporative-Medication/dp/B0002262DA/

I loved it. Kept shots cool, and also had plenty of room for alcohol wipes, hand sanitizer, bandaids, etc. And I just put my used needles with caps on back inside until I could get home to dispose of them properly.

Not sure what “in the field” means in your case, but I would usually inject in the bathroom wherever I was, for privacy. But in a pinch, all you’re really exposing is a bit of your belly, if you could find just a small tucked away space.

ETA: I had to do my shots both in the morning and the evening. It's possible you could set up a schedule for before and after work, but sounds like that might be tough with erratic hours. For most shots (the big exception being your trigger shot) a 2-hour window is generally fine (at least with my RE), so you do have some flexibility.

u/emsrem · 3 pointsr/Disneyland

I highly recommend buying a Frio pack : link I have Type 1 diabetes and store my insulin in these for travel. I generally only take what I need with me for the day to the parks: blood testing monitor, glucose tabs, insulin pen and pen needles. I've never had any trouble at security or anything.

u/sassquatch1111 · 3 pointsr/Dads

The best thing is to help drain as much of the mucus out as possible. For this, I’d highly recommend saltwater nasal spray. You can buy it at the drugstore. I like to make it with sterile water and Himalayan sea salt because that has added minerals. I’ve used it on myself when I have a cold and it’s amazing how it really breaks everything up. This container from Amazon has a nice gentle spray that my son wouldn’t get upset about. (The drugstore one made him pretty mad.) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JZ29SQ6/

Also, holding him in a steamy shower (obviously not too hot) will help a lot with drainage. Even if he doesn’t get wet and you just hold him there with the steam and wipe his nose as stuff comes out.

Good luck. It’ll be the first of many and then you won’t be phased. 👍

u/riemann_zeta · 3 pointsr/ketamine

This is the best and most convenient way to self adinister ketamine IMO. You can buy metered sprayers on Amazon. They pump 0.10 mL per pump. So five sprays will give a dose of 100 mg. Ketamine max solubility is 1 gram per 5 mL. One baking teaspoon of water is also almost exactly 5 mL and also weighs exactly 5 grams. I would recommend sterile saline eye wash as your dilutant, available at any drug store. To ensure sterility optical solutions contain a preservative like benzalkonium chloride which will keep any funk out of your spray. To tell the truth I've used tap water but if you make big batch a little preservative is nice.

Also, ketamine drip tastes like ass. I recommend one drop and one drop only per spray bottle of peppermint essential oil. It will open your sinuses and kill the taste of the ketamine. But that is strictly optional.

Believe me this works. And it's going to be more effective than key bumps. You are just limited by how much fluid your nasal membranes can absorb at once. But you can discreetly spray every few minutes and be floored. It's not a waste at all. Infiusion clinics prescribe this as aftercare for their patients (it's made at compounding pharmacies). Use the strongest solution you can make, usually a gram per 5 mL. A small amount of heat, like dunking the spray bottle in a cup of hot water can help the ketamine dissolve.

Also if you use preserved saline or bacteriostatic water, you can inject this solution intramuscularly. The bioavailability of IM is about twice that of the nasal ROA. And 100 mg of ketamine shot into your shoulder muscle (where you get a flu shot usually) will rock our world. You will K hole if you don't have a tolerance. Just be lying down because the IM method will hit you hard and fast.

Special thanks to u/Morgan-3D and u/Lps2 for the STLS! I modified the Poseidon/Mod holder to fit my Joytech infinite....had an error when printing and it ended up being a perfect fit for the reverse banger and grommet. Coil holder and second Poseidon stand are awesome, thanks again to everyone here for providing so many tips. Happy Sunday y'all!

Details:

Joytech Espion Infinite & Sai TAF (Awesome Mod, but no Arctic Fox compatibility. The TCR mode is great so I don't feel like I'm missing out too much; I have a backup VooPoo I'll get around to flashing soon).

Usually running Triple Black Ceramic, TCR 366 / 27 Watts / 360 - 430 / Locked @ 0.29 with the Reverse Banger on a halfway decent rig. I get very solid clouds and throaty strong rips all day. I have some ti & quartz buckets to try but I'm so happy with the Triple Black I haven't got around to it yet.

Insulin is pretty heat stable nowadays... I would not leave in in the car at 110 degrees, but I would not worry too much about it. If it is a comfortable temperature for you to sit in, it is alright for your insulin.

If you are really worried about it, I use one of THESE when I use to worry about it. You can keep one ice pack in a cooler and the other in the pack and then switch them out from time to time. But to be honest, I travel to tropical climates all the time and never use the cooler packs.

I take 4 medications 4 times a day to try to halt my vision loss. None of them require any refrigeration. However, I have been having a very difficult time "dosing" my meds. I take 38 pills a day for various reasons (I have Behcet's disease, as well as depression and migraines) and so opening up a bunch of different pill bottles daily is a hassle. It's generally easier to put them in a med organizer. I've gotten better at doing this, but I don't always get it right. The last time I screwed up I overdosed myself and ended up having a pretty serious seizure. After that I asked my doc about getting me a home health nurse to come dose my meds weekly so there are no issues. She told me no, and my pharmacy doesn't do dosing. So now I'm back to square one. Meds while blind are super frustrating. I kind of took being able to do these kinds of things for granted when I was fully sighted!

Would something like THIS be an option when travelling?

u/Dr_DeathMD · 3 pointsr/ketamine

Pretty simple really. First you'd want a nasal spray bottle like [this] (https://www.amazon.com/Sprayer-Improved-2-Pack-Colloidal-Applications/dp/B00JZ29SQ6). They hold 1oz/30ml liquid max with ~0.1ml per spray/pump. Then you'd want to use Distilled water or saline solution preferably, but plain old water would work too. Then just figure out a ratio that works for you. For example if you were to dissolve 1g/1000mg K into 5ml liquid that would be 200mg/ml and roughly 20mg/spray. Or 1g/10ml then end up with 10mg/spray. Add the powder into the spray bottle, put your desired amount of solution in, shake and done. Ketamine is freely soluble in water.

You can look around for different nasal spray bottles as some of them have different amounts of liquid per spray, some let out more than .1ml of liquid per spray.

Not the most effective method if you're trying to do higher doses or k-hole since you'd have to spray a bunch of liquid up your nose but you mentioned lower doses like 30mg so this method should work fine.

u/dorsin4 · 2 pointsr/travel

I'm not sure what kind of medicine you are talking about but I traveled with my girlfriend around Asia for a long time just using FRIO packs for her insulin. They are designed for that exact purpose. Check them out on Amazon. They come in different sizes and colors and are easy to use!

u/autodidactdyad · 2 pointsr/ketamine

The metered bottles of Amazon are enough hold 30mL. I usually make in batches of 3.5g s-ketamine to 22.5mL saline, which gives me 15mg per spray.

I'll paste in what I commented to something similar

"I have a nasal bottle of Hex-en sitting in my fridge right now!

Just remember to add a persevative like ethanol (everclear). It should be 20% of your solvent.

Edit: I suggest this sprayer. Delivers .2ml from amber glass.

Here's a formula I made for determining spray dose

s=.2d/l

s is mg per spray

d is drug(mg)

l is solvent(ml)"

Right now it's at 10mg per spray. Works great. Haven't used saline so I don't know it's saturation limit.

u/Nature-balance · 2 pointsr/Waxpen

This is probably a good start. It’s not proprietary, so it’s cheaper. But I’ll keep looking for the official one I found.

u/BigT1D · 2 pointsr/diabetes

I use something like this:
https://www.amazon.com/ChillMED-Micro-Cooler-Diabetic-Carrying/dp/B077YXVTBY/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_2_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1526407233&sr=8-2-fkmr0&keywords=insulin%2Bcooler%2Bhard%2Bplastic%2Bliner&th=1

I keep a zip lock bag with it so that I can take ice from a drink machine if the cool packs aren't cooling any more. Works pretty well. Then I can freshen up the ice every 3 or 4 hours when stopping for lunch or dinner.

Frio packs are great if your in a dry climate too. But if its humid like near the water this is not a bad option.

Insulin cases work quite well, especially since most of them have spaces for 15-30ml bottles. Something like this would do the job.

Even generic use cases like this would be adequate.

Electronics cases can be useful because they'll have slots for batteries.

When I went out of country I had to use the ice packs, I inquired at TSA about the ice packs and their response was: "It is up to the individual agent as to whether to let the ice pack through if it is melted in any way."

Thanks TSA! Way to be consistent and accommodating.

I use a smaller case for most of my trips, 2-4 days. It has a pouch in the front (I think it is for a cell phone) that I keep my test kit in but you have the Libre so ... I can't find the link though. It is by Sun Win International LLC and is called "Double bag Diabetic Organizer".

It has enough room for about 4 pens, needle tips, alcohol pads, and 2 or 3 rolls of Smarties for times I go low.

I am also PreCheck and I never take any of my stuff out of my bag. The one time they searched my bag (because of something else) I just said "I have my insulin in there, there are needle tips." Never had a problem.

Go to the TSA website and print off all the info about carrying medicines and put it in your bag in case someone give you a hard time. This was suggested by a TSA agent at my usual airport.

You should not have to do any additional screening, although they may wand you if the sensor sets off the scanner and they cannot see the sensor.

To avoid this problem next time, you could try these- vial savers If you were local I’d run you over some pens to refill your other vial. Hope your doc, pharmacist, and insurance take care of you!

u/Ariensus · 1 pointr/diabetes

It's always better to travel with a vial in case you need more than one dose, but they do make syringe carrying cases that will hold one pre-filled syringe to do what you want to do. I'm sure you can carry it in whatever you need to, but the important thing is storing it in a case that doesn't let the syringe move much, because some insulin can be pushed out if the plunger gets pressed.

This item carries a pre-filled syringe. But something like this can help if you want to carry a vial too.

I recommend something like an insulin carrying pouch. Very portable and the ice packs melt slowly.

For Q1 /u/wallawalla I would not state anything as it as "Special in-flight arrangements needed". /u/320A needs to just pick up something similar to a Frio insulin wallet.

The other questions I agree with, just put N/A.

For travelling make sure your insulin and medicines / syringes are in you travel bag that is with you on the plane (not in the hold luggage). You would be best getting a doctors letter to state you need them, but I have never been asked for this (I flew from Madrid to Salvador / Rio without issues).

Basically you shouldn't need help with anything. The staff might offer to refrigerate your insulin on the flight but I personally keep this with me, I like to keep control of it.

These may be a thing already... Look into insulin refrigerators.

http://www.amazon.com/Insulin-Medicine-Refrigerated-Portable-Refrigerator/dp/B00J64CW6G

That being said, a portable fridge would be a lifesaver for travelling. I was recently travelling and had to carry around a few months worth of remicade, and carrying around 10'000$ worth of medication can be very stressful when you dont know if its going to be cold enough with just ice.

I love this post!!! Thank you for sharing the mad science skills. Took a look at this atomizer. Let me know if you end up testing this. Very interested!

Edit: Found some blue, unlabeled ones here from same mfr.

Where are you? If US, go to TSA and print out the rules for traveling with liquid medicine.

https://www.tsa.gov/blog/2014/09/05/tsa-travel-tips-traveling-medication

https://www.tsa.gov/travel/special-procedures

I printed them so that I would have them in case there was a question.

Understand that the individual agents at TSA have leeway to let things other than medicine to pass through or not, such as partially melted ice packs. They can let it pass or they can make you toss it. There are no hard and fast rules. I have argued this with TSA in the past and basically was told "Tough luck".

I traveled to Europe a few months ago and I used one of these for 5 pens:

https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0195K6QNK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

with 2 ice packs that I kept in the freezer until literally the minute I left the house. It helped that I flew out of a smaller airport (DAB) and most of the TSA agents know me. That worked for the travel to Amsterdam but just barely.

38 hours is a long time to try and keep that cold.

You may need a small cooler and replenish the ice a couple of times.

Just ordered these (and a bunch of other shit, thank you Amazon Prime) to make my own sprays. Snoot brand is pretty good as far as I know, they've got other sizes/types there too if that doesn't work for you.

I dunno about U4 but with fentalogues if they're hcl form you can just use water, maybe saline too (I'm new to making my own sprays so I'm not sure if saline is necessary or not) and as far as I know, you don't use PG for spray solutions, only droppers, etc. That's why you're not getting a mist, PG is too thick, and I've never heard of it being used for spray.

I plan to just use distilled water to make fu-f solutions. As long as it dissolves properly (dipping the beaker in hot water to get rid of chunks) and mix it together well enough I believe that's all that's needed. Try reading around and finding out more, that's what I've been doing.

Safe researching,

Dissolve your powder in a saline solution and pour into a nasal mist pump. Empty refillable ones are hard to find in stores so I recommend buying on Amazon

it's a little tough for me to give specifics because I have memory issues from brain damage that I suffered in 2013 (part of the reason I started using INI in the first place was the proclaimed memory benefits). I was using the 30ml "snoot" spray bottle (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JZ29SQ6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and, because I was nervous about it, I was just doing one squirt, alternating nostrils, every other day. Probably for a period of 5 months. But like I said, memory problems, brain damage, so maybe give or take a couple months.

Here's my experiences:

  • Plugging is the best route of administration if you're persistently using. IV is a nice treat, but it does harden veins, and some batches will collapse your veins pretty quickly. The strength and smoothness (lack of side effects) of plugging makes it quite nice. The duration is similar to insufflation.
  • I've trade IMing, and it was not as bad as street heroin. Still wouldn't recommend it, but I IM'd it in my butt and my thigh to no great pain or damage.
  • Oral RoA is similar feel to plugging but slightly longer duration, and a fair amount less potent.
  • If you want to make your own nasal sprays see here. Spray in yo nose at work and say it's nasal steroids, you feel?
  • The withdrawals are intense but short-lived. You should be relatively good in 4 days of cold turkey. It's usually hard to keep food (and even liquids) down. You might need help from other substances like kratom or etizolam.
  • Compared to heroin, it is more of a mental high than physical, although it's quite good at pain killing. I enjoy the feel more than heroin, but I often use heroin to get me through a day at work with no withdrawals due to the short duration.
  • At my height, I was using 300mg in a single plugged dose. I'm also using heroin (couple times a week) regularly so that's making my tolerance higher too. Right now I'm around 150mg-200mg to get a good high but I'm usually doing 60-100mg just to taper down. I take about 4-5 doses a day if I'm actively using. The real killer is that with tolerance the duration decreases. It only lasts maybe 1 hour 20 minutes for me when my tolerance is high. Withdrawals start about 5-6 hours after last dose. 8-9 hours later and you start getting sick. Starts with achiness and nausea for me though.
  • My tolerance might've been slightly fucked (at 300mg) cause I did a few patches of fentanyl some weeks ago.
  • The white stuff is way less caustic, but is only about 3/4ths as potent as the off-white stuff. I would never IV the off-white stuff, and I'd avoid insufflating it too. Insufflating caused pretty bad nose irritation for me with the off-white stuff, and my nose is leather as fuck.
  • Heroin, kratom, etc. will help withdrawals if you want to taper, but some side effects do remain unless you get on really high doses. Sweating and nausea (choleric effects) seem to be the worst.
  • I have not noted any PAWS from withdrawaling after months of heavy usage, but my reward pathways are probably super fucked already from polysubstance abuse. So YMMV!!

Sorry if my post is a little incoherent, about to nod out right now actually. Happy new years!!

If anyone has additional questions, I don't mind answering them if I can. I find U-47700 to be great, as long as care is taken. It seems very hard to OD without mixing in other drugs. The only problem is the duration and tolerance fucking the duration even harder.

I have a neoprene sleeve that I'm using now. I've had it for years, but I never used to use it. It's pretty cool. You can see it in this picture.

Note: I jsut looked for it online, and couldn't find it. But I found this on Amazon!

EDIT: Oh wait! I jsut didn't look hard enough! I found the sleeve like the one I have on Amazon, too! :)

We use
[This] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00J64CW6G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_.gwXAbKBC2KTQ). They're cheap and will probably break at some point but we only have 2 meds that require low temp storage so don't need anything larger.

u/TerraWoods · 1 pointr/TransOutdoors

Unfortunately not really. I've been thinking of experimenting with something like this or scratch building my own little refrigerator container.

Neither solution is perfect. I'll report back to you if I happen upon anything more efficient while I'm on my internship. Let me know if you find anything.

I got a frio wallet to keep my meds cool. All you need is water to activate it, so it's excellent for road trips, camping, and travel. It's never gotten too cold, and it lasts a long time.

I found this carrying case great for travel! However I was traveling with insulin vials for my pump.

Having it outside of the fridge for a while will be okay! Also remember to get doctors notes and emergency prescriptions when you travel.

look on amazon, between the item description and the "questions ask/answered" section regarding the product, i have seen some where this information is provided. 0.1ml is the amount delivered from one i saw i believe.

-

I recommend this one... it's 30ml but EASILY fits into your pocket.

-

the glass one here is much better then the plastic one from the same company, and i'm relatively sure it delivers 0.1ml per squirt

-

To make sure, simply fill it with an amount of water measured using an oral syringe (available for free at almost all pharmacys, just ask the pharmacist, say that your little brother got some medicine that requires one for measurement and needs it... though i prefer ones with a long blunt tip, available on amazon as well [here's the 10ml ones i often use and love] (https://www.amazon.com/Duda-Energy-Syringepk010-Industrial-Syringes/dp/B00DXPRTHG/ref=nav_ya_signin?ie=UTF8&qid=1467798872&sr=8-2&keywords=10+ml+blunt+tip+syringe&)

-

and [here's some 1ml ones] (https://www.amazon.com/Duda-Energy-Syringepk001-Industrial-Syringes/dp/B00NDETMR2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1467798956&sr=8-1&keywords=1ml+blunt+tip+syringe) that i got but haven't tried yet, they reviewed well though

These bottles seem to be high quality. In the questions and answers section, the CEO of the company that sells them said they dispense 0.1 ml per spray.

If she's only taking up to a month supply then she only needs documentation like a note from the doctor, Rx, etc.

If she's planning on bringing more than a month supply then she needs to get a "Yakkan Shoumei" which actually takes quite a bit of time (I've heard up to months).

If it has to be kept cool (below 80ºF) then you should look into a Frio Wallet. If it has to be cold like refrigerated then you'll need to look into ice packs and ice. http://www.amazon.com/FRIO-Insulin-Cooling-Wallet-Large/dp/B0002262DA

That's my plan now.... So just to be sure, since in don't trust myself. If I buy 1g and use this formula "1/2 PG (5ml) and 1/2 bacteriostatic water (5ml) into which I dissolve 400mg u-4. That makes 4mg per spray"

(I'd still have to find a 10ml bottle that releases 0.1ml per spray) But if I use that as a guide, Would it stand to reason that using a 30ml bottle 1/2 PG (15ml) 1/2 bacteriostatic water (15ml) into which i dissolve 1g of U-4 would make roughly 3.33mg per spray?

btw no idea what you mean by "buy the scale from the side bar" I see nothing in the side bar. I was thinking this. http://www.amazon.com/DBPOWER-Precision-Reloading-Gem-black-Guaranteed/dp/B00GGGJUSA/ref=sr_1_18?ie=UTF8&qid=1462365129&sr=8-18-spons&keywords=mg+scale&psc=1

and this since it has to be 0.1ml spray. http://www.amazon.com/Sprayer-Improved-2-Pack-Colloidal-Applications/dp/B00JZ29SQ6/ref=sr_1_2_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1462367315&sr=1-2&keywords=nasal+pump

I'm just checking the math because I suck at it. And even still it good to check numbers when your life is on the line.

How about this. Get a waterproof case. Bring a container of ice water and submerge your phone in it and listen to your book either via wired or Bluetooth. You could even get one of those travel insulin containers that has an ice pouch in it and stick your phone in that. That’s actually better because there’s no water and don’t need a waterproof case.
