experience by ludovico einaudi, its all instrumental and starts out a little slow and super duper random workout song bc it isn't the typical stuff. but for some reason it helps keep me motivated and focused without getting tired. i cant run forever and ever and stay soooo calm

It sounds as if there's the off chance it could be part of the project known as Les Vendredis, which was a group of Russian composer friends making chamber music together. Here's a recording. I don't think there are any quintets, though.

Bach is difficult to get right. As you say, you often get quite a cold approach, in which each note is exactly in its place and you can hear how technically brilliant the performers are. This is utterly boring to my ears. But the relentless richness of Karajan doesn't do much for me either. Frankly, one of the only interesting interpreters of Bach to my ears is Paul Hillier, who treats some phrases with a romantic legatissimo, and some phrases with a light, deft touch, but never treats any phrase with that distant coldness. For an example, check out his recent recording of Johann Christoph's (probably) Merk auf mein herz which harmonia mundi have just released: http://www.amazon.com/Merk-auf-mein-Herz/dp/B00NO9UNKQ

It's "Homasy 920" if anyone is looking. I searched Amazon for "homsey 920" and this was the result.

I'll tell you what I want, what I really really want. I would love more sleep! The past two weeks I have been so tired all day every day... it's very draining. =/

Just found her on Spotify, and these pieces are on the same album, along with two other Debussy works. I can't believe I've missed her before this.

When the stress of Corporate Accounting gets me down, I turn to Bach. My purchased copies of Mozart, Beethoven, Vivaldi, among a few others, are always on standby as well. A quote for the day from everyone's favorite neo-orthodox dude:

>When the angels praise God in Heaven I am sure they play Bach. However, en famille they play Mozart, and then God the Lord is especially delighted to listen to them.

Grace and peace.

PS I also listen to some podcasts, like the ones mentioned in this thread, @presbycast lately being the one I find being kinda fun to tune into.
