Hey man, just jumping in the first chance I get. Here is how I would suggest formatting your video. And I saw someone suggested this and it is a wise investment for these types of videos. You should post another updated video for more feedback before contacting recruiters. Be sure to include information at the start of the video so recruiters know where you are from, it will help them understand why there isn't any game footage. Good luck!
First of all you could really benefit from one of these
WIZARD KICKING STIX FOOTBALL HOLDER. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0000ASG52/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_l4R6xbTCHG4AE
Youre probably shoving the ball into the ground which really isnt helping you with getting under the ball to get the height and distance you need.

1-inch belt with D ring loops. Can cut it shorter
I’ve never found any gloves that helped with cold without making playing more difficult.
What I do instead is get a football style an pouch with a pocket for hand warmers and keep my hands in there during breaks. This has been the best outcome (warm hands/ no sacrifice in grip or catching) for me and more durable than gloves.

Buy one of these ascics single ball carrier and then you don't have to worry about being limited to a sports bag that can carry a ball.
I use that plus my every day go-to pack, Poler rucksack. Although I use that bag for everything, hiking, snowboarding, traveling, backpacking, sports. Pricey but one of my best investments for active gear.
I found these on Amazon. I hope it helps https://www.amazon.com/Flag-Tag-Sonic-Belts-52-inch/dp/B000BR7EG0/ref=sr_1_14_sspa?keywords=Flag+football&qid=1556511286&s=sporting-goods&sr=1-14-spons&psc=1
Can you order online? They have it on Amazon UK so hopefully you can get it in your country for a good price.

Or something like this, which you'll see kickers practicing with on the sidelines.
I'll be real. I've never seen a NFL or NCAA kicker use a block for practicing. At my high school we had blocks, but I never saw our kickers use them either, preferring to use the holders like I linked. We just called them all tees regardless because we were pedantic, at any rate.
