This is the exact ball I have. It's the high school size, but as I stated above I think it's the best overall for price and size.

A "junior" or "youth" football would be your best bet.

You'll still have to specify your country. I could find out a cheap American football for sale in the U.K., but if you're not from there, I doubt it would help.

If you're from the U.S., I'd suggest searching Amazon.com. They often have really cheap offers come up on various things.

These "exclusive items" aren't really exclusive at all because you can get the same item for the same price after a couple of days when they drop the restriction on who can buy the item. I've been noticing them more and more and it's getting annoying because I will never buy Prime.
