Costco has riced cauliflower, but their ricing is on the chunkier side. You can also order riced cauliflower through Amazon Fresh for like $2.00 a bag if they deliver in your area.

It was this Alexia loaded cauliflower with aged white cheddar and bacon. Highly recommend. FH and I split the container so it was probably 4.5 net carbs for a serving. The portion was small but it was tasty.
