I got a new set of Vr Pro Cavitys. I got these covers for them, and I couldn't be happier, no longer do I hear the click clack of the clubs.

You can buy generic ones on Amazon or any online golf store for cheap like these. Most courses also will have a bin of left behind covers that went unclaimed that you can buy for cheap as well.

That's what sold it for me. There was a link posted the other day to a headcover company that sold stars and stripes headcovers and I am seriously considering picking them up, even though I just bought these for my driver and 3 wood.

Heres an Amazon link. I had trouble finding stuff for them online. They are called castle bay iron covers. They make the black ones I have and then they make a clear smoked one which I believe is in the link. They dont make the smoked ones for lefties though which is why I went with the black. But I found these at my local foxy golf, and they also had them at a few play it again sports here in Ohio.

I got head covers with my new irons and I absolutely love them. I am picky about the head covers and always hated the ones where you have to spend a minute wrestling the covers on. These head covers work really well in that I can pull on the zipper and it unzips and slides off in one motion. Same thing putting them back on in reverse, one smooth motion to put back on. They work for both right and left handed clubs!

But seriously, a 4i would do the trick. Even a 9i would. Doesn't matter what club, just needs to be hefty. If I was 100% confident it wasn't going to survive, I'd go that route, then call the clubhouse, but that's just me personally. Be extra careful with Geese, though, because technically, I believe they're a federally protected species?

Just don't do like my friend did and drown it. It takes way, way, way longer than you think it does...
